The Kreme staff was nice and friendly but the Gong Cha staff has a horrible attitude when trying to order your drink. They seriously need to work on their Customer service skills. Or I will not come back again.

Friendly service, tasty icecream, and drinks! I already came here three times since they opened and they never fail to greet us as we walk in. Plus they seem to be very generous with your tea toppings which I appreciate! SHOUT OUT TO THOMAS!! give this man a raise .

My daughters love this place. They have more than just bubble tea, like some finger food; I also like to go there sometimes.
There was literally nobody except for 4 employees but they still made it wrong, my bf’s drink was too sweet, it’s not our first time getting boba but we’ve never got any drink that sweet and for my drink, they forgot to put sugar in. Never again! P/s oh I forgot to mention that my bf drink just tasted like syrup :) be careful, guys!
The staff was super sweet but I don’t recommend coming here because most of their drink flavors aren’t available and the ones they do have taste bad. The barista kindly remade my order but the drink had an overall weird unwashed utensil taste.
Saw a k-pop idol drink this and wanted to try so I got it and it is delicious! I always get the milk coffee with double the tapioca pearls! :]
Delicious milk tea. Great vegan options. My favorite is the wintermelon milk drink.
