Wonderful experience with excellent, friendly, and professional staff. We set up a purchase with a trade-in entirely virtually from 2.5 hours away. We showed up and did the test drive while they completed the valuation of the trade. We signed papers and were fine within 40 minutes. Worked generously with us to get a deal that we were confident was the best around after shopping for several months across 2 states. Seriously the best dealership experience I've ever had. Highly recommend. If/when we need another vehicle, we'll make them drive again.

If you’re big on communication and customer service DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE. I bought a vehicle over a month ago from Honda south, from then I literally been going through a rat race from agent to agent, sales person to person, blank voicemail to blank voicemail for over a week I finally gotten a hold of the General Manager of the dealership Ed Jackson to have the struts on the vehicle fixed and inquire on the process of my sunroof installation as I was told. Thinking after I had already raised that concern of the struts to the sales person upon test driving the vehicle, the sales person would have taken care of that like mentioned. Aside of that it was also a safety issue for me. No Integrity and obviously had no intentions on taking care of that for a smooth sale as to the reason I had to contact the GM to begin with. Finally, after they fixed only one strut on the vehicle I was told my sunroof was on back order and once my deal was completed the GM will call me to schedule the sunroof install. Its been almost two weeks the finance company accepted the deal. The GM twice has set follow up times/dates for himself to contact me with an update on the install and was unable to fulfill, setting improper expectations which I can only think as to the reason why everyone else at this dealership failed to conduct business as they should. When I went to the dealership to meet with the GM he interned sent someone else out to meet with me and had to ask for him a second time. Very poor business etiquette. Being this is a Honda dealer I would not have expected to experience these types of issues. Needless to say, the whole exciting feeling you have when purchasing a new vehicle, they stole it! If Honda South understood customer service equals money they would have had 2 more sales on top of mines as I knew 2 other people that were looking to purchase during the same time I purchased this vehicle. I wouldn’t dare refer them to this place. Family attorney on standby….
