Just noticed I was sold two different size princess cut solitaire ear rings. I'm out of town working and had to call the 800 customer service #. Luckily I can go to the local Kay where I'm currently located and switch them out. Be careful when purchasing from here. Don't let them rush you or pressure you. Have them check your jewellery under the scope to make sure everything is good.

Left a review already and i guess it was deleted. Long story short, there was credit card fraud on my Kay Jewelers Credit Card (which i never used). I live in Florida, and there was an in store purchase made by someone claiming to be me!!! Per the manager of the store the patron did not have the Kay Jewelers Card, but had all the information needed to retrieve that information from their system. Per the store manager the patron produced an ID matching my name and home address. I do NOT believe this AT ALL. I think the patron said "oh i left my ID at home" and they took all the information given to them, my information that they somehow STOLE, and did NOT check an ID. Or it was an inside job I have filed a police report report and will be pressing charges. Let's see if this review gets posted!!!

Service in store was OK, but the photo machine wasn't working while in the store and clerk stated that she would email me a photo of the ring that I was having cleaned and re-sized. I never received the photo. Plus, I was suppose to receive an email or phone call once the ring was in. I never received a call or email. I have been calling for two days and no one will answer the phone. I'll have to physically visit the store and hope that I don't make a blank trip when I get there.
Went in to have 2 rings serviced. Had to explain every thing 3 times to the salesman. Then another associate steps in and instead of asking what is wrong immediately lectures me on how I shouldnt talk to him that way. I never raised my voice nor did I cuss him. Then realized she had called security before she even walked up. When I had enough I still had to ask for my rings back 3 times before they would. I will say the corporate office was outstanding in taking the complaint. But still done with Kay’s
My salesman Juber was AWESOME!!! He had superb exceptional customer service, and A1 expertise!!!! I
Customer service was excellent Lois is wonderful at her job for 19 years she been doing this. I passed four of the Kay's Jeweler just to come to this one. Enough said
