The employees are extremely rude, there's minimal parking, and the atm setup is in a horrible location. I could maybe look past the parking and atm situation if their customer service was better. The ladies at this location are always very rude. I try to avoid it and go to the Maineville or South Lebanon LCNB when possible.

Lady was rude came real close to closing my account. Wasn’t really anything of a big deal but she felt the need to tell me I couldn’t park in the lot waiting for them to open. She had no clue why I was there just automatically assumed I was taking up space in the empty parking lot and needed to leave.....told me it was banking hours “8-8:30am”. I was trying to kill two birds with one stone and had work in the area early and was just going to wait it out. She was just rude in her demeanor and attitude would recommend avoiding this branch as to their customer service is piss poor obviously the people who work there judge you by the cover of the book and are quick to judge you and send you on your way. She could have just as easily came up and asked me if I was waiting on the bank to open if she needed to know what my business was.
