This was one of my best experiences ever at a lens crafters. My sales consultant was very nice, knowledgeable and honest. She really helped me find the frame I was looking for. My eye exam visit was also Great! The doctor was nice and pleasant. That’s all I ever ask for is to treat me with respect and be honest! And they were! Thanks for your help will be a returning customer

Her name was Nikki I believe shorter lady and was very nice, patient and helpful with answering all my questions on glasses and different types of lenses. She also greeted me when I came in for eye exam.
The entire staff was great from the front desk until I walked from my appointment. Shuwntrice fitted me for my glasses and she was very personable and professional! I would recommend this location to others!
Everyone was amazing especially James! I found a pair of glasses that would have to be ordered in; that being said I would have to wait a little to get my glasses. As James is telling me this he saw how disappointed I was Having to go on the hunt for something else. Without my knowledge, he went on the hunt too and brought to me something extremely similar to the glasses I picked out initially and it was cheaper! The best part was that they had it in store and I walked out of lens crafters with brand new perfect glasses and perfect eyesight! I couldn't be any happier! Everyone was great and the technology was amazing!
