This place is overall AMAZING! would give 100 starts if possible. Bobby was such a great help offered me a coupon then doubled it! I did not have to wait a really long time. Staff is super friendly! I would recommend Mavis to everyone i know. Everyone was so helpful in getting me set up for an alignment. Thanks Mavis!

Run!!! Do not stop your life may depend on it. They lie they cheat! If by buy a warranty be prepared to pay 40 bucks to repair/replace what wS the warranty for? The guy said he replaced my valve stem? Look at the pics and you tell me! Got an alinement they forgot the cater pin? Then tried to deny they touched that part....how did you do the alinement?
All I can say is, Bobby needs premium pay corporate people. He is the glue that holds that business together! I have never encountered an employee of any business who is more committed to customer service than Bobby! Everything he said he was gonna make sure got done, it got done and in a timely fashion. Superb! You have a new customer as long as Bobby is there!

The store is great and great service
Besides all the fake reviews. Go in and see a different experience. You're hear a lot of people in the waiting room moaning and groaning from frustration. The entrance is not very inviting at all. Just a desk. The vibe felt like a side road auto shop. Very understaffed. 5 hour waits for 4 tires. Unreal.

I went to Mavis Tire Supply on a Sunday morning to get a tire rotation, first one there. At first, I thought I'd be the only customer...people started piling in. There was one hard working gentleman there named Edwin. This man worked extremely hard to make sure that everyone was taken care of, not only taken care of, but with poise, grace, efficiency, and a smile to boot! It was a breath of fresh air, very thankful. I had to work in a couple of hours, and he said he'd make that happen and happen it did!!! Thank you, Edwin, for your courteous, prompt, joyful service!!! The service manager Bobby has a jewel working for him and I have no doubt that wherever Edwin finds himself career wise, he is going to shine. Keep shining Edwin, keep up the excellent work and remain a blessing!!!!
