The order was incorrect and took 1 and a half hours to be delivered. I could not get a member of management on the phone. I called 10 times and sat on hold for almost an hour. Still no results. I even tried to live chat and they were of no assistance. I was just directed back to the store that I advised I could not reach anyone. I would never order from Papa John's again and I will never recommend it to anyone.

Horrible experience the pizza didn’t taste all the way cooked and the lady working in the back almost ain’t want to give me my food after I already paid for it. She so busy fussing at me for not wearing a mask I’m showing her my mask exemption card telling her I don’t wear mask due to a health condition. The guy came over and gave me my food that I paid for. Little do they know they were about to get sued. Stay away from this place
Female employee smoking a cigarette in front of the store at 840-843pm on 2/7/21. Probably didn’t wash her hands either. Like come on, where is the common sense here?
Absolutely love their Gluten free pizza! It's the only gluten free pizza that taste really good and I've never had any problems with them.
