Cleaning stations everywhere. Staff is constantly checking stations. They greet you when you come in door. The energy is comfortable people from different backgrounds all shapes and sizes come here you don't feel like You out of place. My overall experience I like it so far better than other gyms I been too. It's seems like this is the gym for all people!

Very clean, love the disinfect spray for the showers, nice employees, big enough and parking lot is trucker friendly for the ones that drive a tractor trailer like myself it’s in a shopping center. Looks like a busy area so I came early like 3am to avoid having to maneuver around parking lot traffic leaving at 6 and it’s still pretty empty around

We just moved here from Florida and are very impressed with this location. Plenty of equipment, very clean, and friendly service. Hydro-massage a great addition in the black card spa area. Looking forward to working out here regularly. Keep up the great work

I’ve been to a lot of PF’s and this one is the only one that feels unwelcoming. The front people just look at you very strange without speaking. I never understood why even make eye contact if you aren’t going to speak. I won’t be back because I love to be in a gym that feels welcoming when u arrive. It sets the tone for my workout. Two stars because I had a great workout only. And I appreciate the social distancing measures their taking.

On 1/15 my son and I came to this location to get my workout on. It was at that time that I was informed my son needed to show his ID who’s 16 (and don’t have an id). I advised the clerk that my son’s photo is in the system, and being a black card member he’s allowed to workout with me. The manager on duty specified that although they see his photo in the system effectively on 1/12 all employees have been informed to not allow any guest without proper identification. I advised the manager of the policy and ad just changed it would’ve been nice to inform me when we just had worked out on Weds 1/13 and was allowed to workout. Not once this policy was made aware to me so I could’ve told my son to find hits student ID. Not to mention at this time I no longer have a car so I took an Uber there and had to take one back home of course without being able to workout. I am highly upset for the lack of professionalism, empathy, and understanding shown to me as member. I’ve already asked for the general manager to contact me and if I’m not contacted in a timely manner I will be closing my account.

Had a great workout today. I didn't do anything serious. Just getting used to going back to the gym. PF was great as usual. Wasn't crowed and very clean which was the standard when I joined. All associates look great and wearing their mask at all times. Kudos to PF!!I like fact that the store is always clean. The staff is nice and friendly. I wish that they would bring back the videos with the music. I don't know why that left. But to hear the music and not see the videos is not very entertaining. Very safe and secure thus far. I have no complaints.
