The Aj and Malaya Show

Not the best bank to bank with honestly... the managers don't care about your situations and they're rude and not friendly.. The only nice person there was Alicia and the teller that's there. Everyone else not helpful and long waiting periods to get actual help. Glad my banking relationship is over with them. Do not recommend this branch location

Recently, I visited your bank to apply for a business account with my mother and I was attended with utmost professional attitude and perfection. Whittley made sure that all of our queries were resolved. She made us feel really very comfortable and gave us detailed information regarding business accounts provided by your bank. I was really pleased to visit your bank and I feel that we have made the right choice. When I went to close my account, they told me that there is a fee, which doesn't make sense. The fee schedule doesn't list a charge for closing accounts unless they're open less than 180 days, and I've had mine over a year. I agreed to the cost, but then they failed to communicate to me that the fee would be for each account. Combining the balances onto one account is not hard and doesn't take long to do, and they did not give me this option. So without letting me know beforehand and when it was all said and done, they charged me the same fee twice. This could have been easily prevented. They do not have the customer's best interest at heart, and it's a perfect example of bad customer service.
