Protocol call? Lisa I was trying to give you the opportunity to see how messy your store was as soon as they opened. Had a great experience shopping the other day. This Hispanic looking girl helped me, I forgot her name so I apologize. The store is looking alot better since the last time I was there which was about a year. The mall has been improved some, will definitely be back! Thanks to the young lady that helped me also. My daughter loved her outfits.

My cashier was a young man named Darius. He was great !!! Help find outfits for 4 kids and I didn’t spend nearly half as much as I thought I would. Give Darius a management position !!!!

This place is an eyesore. I went in a few weeks ago. The workers are clueless standing around looking crazy. My 5 year old and 9 year old can clean up there rooms better than these adult people. Management seems clueless, who trained these people. There’s a guy there says he’s management and doesn’t seem to want to be there also not helpful and the store still looks a mess. I’ve only seen 2 people I’ve seen for quite some time there and that’s when I like to come the store is usually clean and there’s this Hispanic or fair skinned manager that’s singing and happy and normally working or helping customers I went in to look for her and she’s no longer there. There’s a tall darker skin women with short hair, really slim with Africa earrings because shes the only one who spoke or helped me last time I went in she’s always so sweet haven’t seen her either. Seems like they runnin all the good people off. Seems like I’m going to have to find a new store. Their new management seems to be clueless, I can never find anything, their not helpful, don’t seem to know what they can or can’t do. I wouldn’t leave any stars if I didn’t have too.
