A very pleasant research outing at the National Archives today. Allison, who works with this center was so very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I really appreciate good Customer Service, and it was defiantly shown today.

Considering the cost of airfare to DC to go to "the" National Archives this place will get a lot of your research project done. Staff is more than willing to help you with any questions you may have. If you are into architecture the place is impressive.

The staff is very helpful. Their customer service skills are excellent. I like the building, it's very well maintained. You can tell a lot of effort is made in its upkeep. We did some family research while there. They have a break room which is very comfortable and clean. I like the displays and atmosphere. Nice place to visit.

Have to go here for my history degree at neighboring Clayton State. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is literally so much stuff here it is mind blowing. Worth the visit for anyone interested in History and I always learn something cool everytime I visit. Building is always clean and well taken care of too

Growing increasingly frustrated that everyone in Atlanta is back to work except these folks. Third month now waiting on order placed and paid for.

Great free place to visit. Displays about the history of GA. You can look up your family using ancestry and print for free. Staff is nice. Restrooms are clean. Parking is free. It is wheelchair and stroller friendly. The security is like at the airport. Vending machines available and near food and gas places. Not accessible by train.
