Went to drop off packages with prepaid labels. Clerk didn’t even speak. Looked mad. Not helpful at all. Basically threw the envelopes at me. If I’m ever in this area again, will not be coming to this location again. Would give 0 stars if I could
I went to this UPS location to drop a package off with prepaid shipping on 11/4/2020 at 8:30am and the lady working said she couldn’t take my package because it was wrapped in brown paper. I asked her what is acceptable and she said put it in a box with an attitude. I explained that I send packages this way often and she refused. The package is a box wrapped in brown paper for privacy. I send packages wrapped similarly all the time via UPS and never came across this issue. This was my first bad experience with UPS. I brushed it off and went to another location 10 minutes away. They accepted the package like every other UPS location I’ve visited. Don’t know what was wrong with the lady working. The store literally just opened at 8:30 am.
Terrible Experience!!! I didn’t like how they have an attitude with you when you walk in nicely. If you want respect you have to receive respect! TERRIBLE! I won’t ever come in again.Once again there was a lady that had an awful attitude. If you don’t want to work stay at your damn house!
Sloooooooooow......... Plan on standing and waiting at least 20 min while others walk in and jump ahead of you.
I'm fairly new to the area and I've had a few interactions with the staff at this location which is about 15-20 minutes away but the closest to me. I've dropped off packages to be returned with no problem about 3 times, and I've had documents notarized once. I guess I got lucky the only time I had documents notarized, because I went back twice after that and was told that the person who notarizes won't be there until whenever o'clock. If someone had answered the phone I could've saved myself the time and gas the second time. I've been a regular at another location where there's more than one notary on staff, perhaps this location should invest. I'm a notary but I can't notarize my own documents but I found a lady less than 10 minutes away who is available when she says she'll be and charges a whole dollar less. Look at God
This location is very busy and I am sure people are confusing having to wait with poor customer care. No so, they are very polite, professional and working as fast as they can. People dropping off Amazon packages need to understand it's not their only business. If dropping off without a receipt there is no wait. This is a great location with good people.
I ship packages all the time and my last experience with this store was extremely poor. Carl, a customer service representative completely lost my urgent package! I went to print a label..I paid and left my package. During my transaction Carl never once told me that this Ups store doesn't ship other carriers. He took my package for two weeks and never mailed it. Oobie the manager claims to have sent it to the FedEx store across the street but that is a lie. The package was never scanned in. They thru my package in the trash! Beware of this location!
