Came in to get a propane tank fill. As soon as I arrived I followed the instructions and pressed the doorbell. Then I sat and waited. There were several cars in the parking lot so I could tell they were pretty busy, which was fine. I didn’t mind waiting a little bit. Fast forward 30 minutes and I’m still waiting. Several people have pulled in after me and had already been helped and left. I went in and there was one person behind the counter. I tried finding someone else but couldn’t, so I asked the guy, George, if someone was able to help with the propane. He told me they were a little busy, and he’d get to me when he could. I said I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes and several people have come after me and had already been helped and left. He responded, “sorry, were busy. we’ll get to you when we get to you”. Customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. If you don’t have the manpower to actually fill propane tanks, don’t offer the service. This is the 2nd time this exact scenario happened. I only came here again because I was hoping things would have changed in the last year. They haven’t. If I were you, I’d go somewhere else.

Mr. Porter helped me choose a truck w/no problem. Made paperwork easy. I moved with just me and my two small kids. It was definitely a struggle so I really appreciate his generosity. Sometimes it's the little things! God is always sending ppl your way. We should try to be kind to everyone because we never know what ppl are going thru.
Customer service is outstanding. It’s sad how they are treated here by customers. Most ofum just want something for nothing and take it out on the next person. These people are nothing but professional and just try to do they job. I will always recommend this place.
We had a hitch installed today. Amazing customer service from the entire staff. The GM Jeremiah Scoville is first class.
