Went to the store today 3/21/2021 to pick up my equipment which was very unsuccessful. The hours online and hours verified by associate via phone stated the hours for this store is 10am - 7pm Sunday - Saturday. On arrival I find that this store hours for Sunday are no where close to what I thought to be true. The hours for Sunday are posted as 12pm - 5pm. How is this possible? Then the only solution for this is for me to drive roughly an hour away to pick up the equipment. No technician to bring it to me at this point, shipping will take 3-5 business days, priority shipping would take a day. All of these things do nothing for me with the lack of a great customer experience which was expected being a new customer. If I could get service from another provider at this point I would yet I can't.

I went into the store to return my equipment, due to i can't afford it anymore. Anyway my wife tried to pay off her account so that we could get service, we had two accounts, one in my name and one in her name. The customer agent didn't listen and opened another account in my wife's name instead of letting us pay off my wife's account. Now Xfinity wants to cut us off due to agent error. We explained it to the agent and the agent said she is going to bypass it in which we didn't want her too do. She did it anyway and now our service is cut off after 3 days. All the agent had to do was to follow protocol. Now I have no service but the customer agent still has a job. This is foul.

The service I received here today was 5 stars! I was in, helped immediately, problem solved and and out again within 3 minutes! I was helped by Darnell! Everyone working here today was really working and helping people. If XFinity regularly delivered the quality of service I received just now, I would be a loyal customer. As a company, I have struggled with them over and over on the phone. Last month I cancelled XFinity because of customer service. I spent several hours on the phone trying to get my service hooked up, and finding that more and more mistakes were being made, until I finally cancelled my service! Even then, more mistakes were made and I was sent equipment I did not want. Darnel solved it immediately! If I had ever received online the quality of service I just received now, I would like XFinity Comcast.

I needed to ship equipment back. Store told me they couldn't do it and I need to call customer service. I call customer service and it is an option to return via the store. They spent more time telling me what they couldn't do then treating me like a customer. Then did nothing to help at all. Sorry sir, etc. How is it that nobody at the store, 3 employees knew this? 2 stars because they all smiled. I see why the rating is what it is here now.

Went there today because my router was not working and I increase my data plan, some staff was super helpful on the other hand the short male guy was not helpful at all he's customer services need some improvements, so I got the router exchanged and when I got home I spend 2 hours on the phone with customer services because the router that I was giving is not working is not connecting to internet so now I have to wait for a tech person to come and fix the problem. OTHER THAN THE 2 FEMALE THAT HELP ME THE PREGNANT LADY AND THE OTHER LADY WITH A LOT OF HAIR THEY WERE GREAT.
