Through one of the most Difficult times in my life. Gina truly made me feel like part of her family. I had to make the call at 5am in the morning to Gina, in regards to my brother Keith who passed away in Florida and would like a service up North. She was patient and understanding as this was my first time having to deal with funeral arrangements . I was updated every step of the way and she was happy to help answers all my questions and concerns. I honestly could not thank her enough for helping through this very difficult time . Her kind words & comforting words truly helped both me and my family. Not only was the service amazing, the price was outstanding compared to any place I have researched. Thank you Gina, for taking good care of my brother.

This service was wonderful, from the moment I contacted Gina at MSOF I felt like I was a person and that my great aunt would be treated with dignity and respect. We had special circumstances with out of state payment and other persons involved and the staff was more than accommodating and willing to work with us. When my great aunt actually passed in the hospice house they were already in route to pick her up before I even had a chance to call them and let them know. This being my first experience with making arrangements for a passed loved one they made this whole experience very easy and comforting. I highly recommend Gina and the staff at Mortuary Service Of Florida.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD ..We recently had a family member pass away. Somehow with no authority from the next of kin removed the body from the hospital,and when they were confronted about it told us they didn't need a signed consent for release. Then they told us there would be a 100 storage fee PER DAY everyday that our loved one was there....THANK GOD we found a reputable local company that when we explained what was happening took care of everything from getting the body from this company to confronting them about their so called storage fee and their shady tactics.We will be filing a complaint with the BBB ...when a company representative tells you that everyday that you don't do what needs to be done the body is just rotting away STAY AWAY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company doesn't even deserve a rating of an one. They fraudulently mislead a person to fraudulently aprove removal of a family member's body from the hospital without any legal authority from next of kin and then took the body to another county to a place for which they refused to provide an address. Then they started demanding that the legal next of kin sign contracts and approve arrangements that were made and added additional fees. When the legal next of kin questioned them, they started being extremely pushy and even cursed at family upon further inquiry. When confronted with the legalities of the matter, they then "refused the case," and started threatening fees of 100 per day for storage. They even went so far as to be horribly coldhearted and said, "well his body will be decaying with every day that passes." What kind of sick twisted person says something like that to someone who just lost a loved one? I wouldn't refer this company to anyone. Specifically, the "sales rep" Gina, who is the most disrespectful, unprofessional and coldhearted person. They will not treat you or your loved one with dignity and respect unless you go along with everything they demand and charge for. We immediately made arrangements for another funeral and cremation company to go get our relative.
