Just after the pandemic we wanted to upgrade our fridge from 1 to 2. I contacted 3 companies and Mortuary Solutions were the only ones who were actually interested in getting back to me. Chris was excellent, he made the design and drawings seem easy and not complicated. He got back to me quickly and even came down to see me face to face (as requested) even though he was based 5 hours away. This was very much appreciated. We were told the fridges would take 2 days to install but when Rob and Kieron arrived (on time) they done so well it was all finished in 1 day. They were good lads who were friendly, polite and no problems at all. Payment and the finances were quick and easy also with Julie. I thought the process would be a bit of a headache but it was the opposite. Would 100% recommend mortuary solutions to anyone!
Excellent service from all concerned and such good quality work all delivered with in half the expected time, huge thanks to Julie, Chris and all concerned to go anywhere else would just be a compromise

We couldn't be happier with our mortuary equipment. Chris came out to see us and went through all our options; he was very knowledgeable and helped us to plan out where the equipment would work best for us, space wise. On the day of fitting everything went smoothly, and the fitters were great, very polite and helpful. We wanted a high quality mortuary facility and that is exactly what got from Mortuary Solutions. Highly recommended.
