Took my vehicle here to have transmission fluid changed along with winter tires. They changed the tires and fluid but never changed the filter, it was too time consuming they said. When I got the bill, it was 2.5 hours to change the transmission fluid and they billed me 21 a quart for transmission fluid X 5 quarts! I looked up the same exact product at the local parts store for 9 dollars a quart. My total bill was 472. Then they said my front end was dangerous to drive, I shouldn’t even drive it across town...it would be another 1050. To repair front struts, and they cautioned...who knows what else we will find when we take it apart! I took the estimate home to look up the part number to find they were over charging me again on the parts by atleast 150 per strut/300. I paid the bill, had my car towed to another place and the struts were repaired for 580, drives like a charm! The Hive guys were nice but they are slick! When I questioned the price of things they passed the buck around to each other before I got an answer, that’s what it costs us....hey, I don’t mind you guys making a little profit on parts but jeez, just reach in my pocket and steel money? If you go here, ask for an estimate, check the prices elsewhere because they price gouge!

I got a used car inspection here done. They told me that my back tie rod had some play in it. They also said my cam caps and valve covers needed done. They also told me the transmission fluid needed changed.. They did a really great job and were very honest and upfront about what needed fixed. I will be back soon to have some more work done there. :)

I really like this place so far! I took my car here for a pre sale check, then continued going after purchasing that car. It needed an intake cleaning, so they did a walnut blast. I didn't expect much of a difference but the car drives noticeably smoother! They even sent me pictures of the before and after which was quite an impressive difference! If I need another intake cleaning or a similar service I'll definitely be coming back. During the other repairs they were very upfront about any other damage or problems they noticed.

I bought tires through them because of a mail in rebate. I didn’t realize that by the time I bought the tires that the mail in rebate had expired by one day. When I went to submit the mail in rebate, I discovered that I was a day late. I emailed the manager who apologized for what happened and told me to send in my receipt and he would do the mail in rebate on his end because they purchased the tires before the deadline and he would send me the check. He was very polite and handled the situation perfectly. I was happy with the overall service.

We got the oil changed for both of our vehicles here and the service was great! We really appreciated the “first responders” discount, what a deal! They also gave me a very reasonable quote for replacing my serpentine belt, which I will definitely be getting done there soon. They were timely, professional, and it was quite apparent they weren’t digging around under the hood looking to find problems that didn’t exist.
