Shady. Deposited 180 cash on a Sunday at the ATM. Got the receipt and all was good to go. Two days later my savings account is closed without my consent and the money is gone. Called chase customer service and they credited my account and then got a piece in the mail saying they can’t confirm I deposited any more. This location won’t answer the phone and the only proof I have is a receipt I got from the ATM. Something sketchy is happening at this location, DO NOT trust them. Haven’t been able to contact them at all.

Associates are professional but service is lacking. They never answer the phone so don't count on that.
Not that any of the other banks are probably any better but Chase in particular has the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. The local banks can't do simple things like close a safe deposit box unless you make an appointment, the phone tree at the 800 number is impossible to do anything without listening to minutes of their options which have nothing to do with what you're calling about so getting to talk to someone is like a battle. I would not recommend Chase.
The star on their Christmas tree is the best. Their customer service and getting to know each customer is a plus too. Very friendly
This place is very understaffed. Don’t seem to have time to answer phones or set up new accounts. Other wise the staff if fairly nice.
