AWFUL. I don't often give negative reviews, but this company thoroughly deserves one. Worst customer service ever - I was left hanging on the phone for over 15 minutes, and when the guy picked up my call again, he promised to ring back and didn't. I'm still waiting... I'm only a small operator, but us little guys make a big difference to our country. It's a shame some companies don't seem to value us as much as their slick promotional materials claim to. NOT recommended.
