Captain Catigano (Joe) was a no show this morning (June1)! Extremely unacceptable for a family to get up 4:30 am pack lunches and to drive from Cocoa Beach (53 minutes) to Mosquito Lagoon to be there by 6:15am reserving 2 boats only for no boats or Joe to be found! We texted, called and waited hopelessly 30-40 minutes at the boat ramp and no answer, no return call! My brother traveled with his 2 sons from Tampa to celebrate a college graduation with this fishing trip being his gift. How does a business exist with zero credibility or trust!? No words are left just disappointment. Still at 10:00 am June 1, no call...we waited before we left this review. We have chartered fishing trips for over 25 years and have never had a company do this.
