The structure includes an asset manager (Altarius itself), an administrator, a legal advisor, an audit, a deposit bank and if needed a broker. Each division is managed by service providers coming from Altarius’ extensive network and selected with the client. It is also possible for clients to join an existing platform (SICAV) to set up a fund in a plug & play mode or create an exclusive and dedicated SICAV.
