So happy to see Mothercare back in Rugby especially now as I am a Grandfather. Brilliant products as alway, very well laid out store and very helpful staff. We visited today and found exactly what we were looking for and at a reduced price due to an oversight of Mothercare.......thank you Ellie. We have also ordered an item and it will be ready for this Tuesday?

Amazing expectant parent event this morning. Kelly gave some fantastic information and was very helpful. I cannot praise Emma enough she has helped us on two visits now and had been brilliant, knowledgeable and honest. She has made the experience of shopping with mothercare fantastic and has gone above and beyond to help us! Will be back because of her and she is a genuine asset to the team!

Extremely friendly staff. Charlotte in particular couldn’t have been more helpful. She spent lots of time making sure we were happy with the pram we had chosen and was very knowledgeable about many of the products in store (monitors, nursery furniture, cribs). Myself and my partner attended the Expectant Parents Event at Mothercare Rugby and I could not recommend it enough to anyone expecting a baby, whether it be their first or last. The whole evening was really well organised with short safety talks and demonstrations to begin with and then being able to freely browse around the shop afterwards. Every member of staff that we spoke with was friendly and full of knowledge about each product however, Carla was absolutely amazing and a credit to the store. As the store is closed to the general public for the 2 hour event, both myself and my partner really felt as though the staff could listen and assist with any queries that we had without feeling rushed and we both left the event feeling a lot calmer and reassured with the upcoming arrival of our little bundle of joy. Thank you so much Mothercare Rugby and all of your staff, I have already recommended this event to everyone that I know.

"I was food shopping in Walsgrave Coventry and was going to purchase a Tommy Tippee complete feeding kit. Luckily the shop assistant was having a problem finding the price when a lady (who is off sick at the moment) from your Rugby store, said that Mothercare had them a lot cheaper and with free delivery. I cannot thank this lady enough for saving me monies (even when she herself was off sick from work) Excellent service!
