Office’s are closed and that’s understandable due to the pandemic. But why not hire some additional support? Been waiting months just for a call back and when you do get in touch with someone they don’t have any answers\u200d️

The staff at this place is horrible. Not only are 95% of them rude they absolutely do not care about the members of this community. I have been calling for over a month now leaving messages 3/4 times a week, I have also sent multiple emails with no response. No returned calls, no emails, nothing. I understand it can be busy, but ain't no way it's so busy it takes months to get back to 1 person. I know for fact that answering machine gets checked it it would be full an not able to take any more messages by now. But hey what do they care they have jobs right now. It's unprofessional how this business is being run right now. Get it together DOL. My next step is contacting the main DOL department an filing a complaint against the staff as a whole.
I tried for weeks to contact this location for the DOL. The members of staff here do not care about calling anyone back. They will not return voicemails. I got ahold of someone in the office ONE time in the last 6 months and was told SORRY WE CANT HELP YOU. All I want(ed) to know was what they needed from me to finish my application for UI and PUA since I was out of a job due to COVID-19. This place is completely ridiculous and the staff should be completely over hauled. I am still trying to get someone on the phone. I keep calling back to back, they picked the phone up and hung up on me. (updated on 10/5/20)
I understand they are busy , and I accept that,i.leave my info for a call back ,and no one returns my calls ,it's been over a week
Have tried relentlessly to make contact with this office, but to no avail. Left call back info on several occasions but never received a return call.
