Having not been involved in a car accident for 50 years, it have been a jolt to be run into twice in a year! Not having had the experience of an accident for years, the biggest thing I was dreading was dealing with the insurance aspect. I was amazed and so thankful how user friendly both State Farm corporate and Colin’s office was. Colin’s office was clearly more concerned about my physical welfare then anything else. I never would have had to make a call after my initial reporting of the accident due to both corporate office and Colin’s office keeping in contact with me via text, email and phone. When I did have a question regarding a small point, I called Colin to get direction. Expecting a number to call, instead he picked up his phone and explained the situation to corporate SF and it was cleared up with no further communication.
