I personally found the property quite amazing. The room hygiene, Interior quality and all the things were quite amazing. It's a budget property not that a 5 star or something. There are a bunch of negative reviews too for the property when asked to they said it's posted by the competition hotels since these people are doing quite well in terms of business. Prime location. Cooperative staff. Best food. Good parking. So I think it's highly recommended for the price they are offering.

Guys please dont even try this hotel, They didn't put exterior photos and only posted room and interior photos which are only 70% accurate otherwise rooms, service, food, are not good as compared to amount of money they charge. Note : Must see the rooms and location before booking. Reply to your response : Dear sir kindly do not deny our bookings if you are genuine then admit it. We have proof of bookings which we are posting here and before making other people belive that we are spam you should accept it and improve your service. And further if anyone have doubt on our booking they they can check palm residency bank account for below posted payment screenshot. Further I request google to kindly check that palm residency is not providing sufficient proof of bookings by telling that you will be charged gst and service tax etc. And by doing so, they can post reply to 1 star reviewers that they are spam and fake.
Very good hotel to stay with family. Room was spacious with tasty, hygienic food. Good hospitality. Mr.Bahadur Shah has taken good care of us at all time

Located just near the fort in city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner Mr.Mukesh is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to desert safari,jeep safari,camel safari and tent stay. The rooftop cafeteria of hotel was great.wen i say food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)
We were received by Bahadur Singh ji who extended a very warm and Friendly greeting to us. He provided all the necessary amenities and was helpful throughout. Would recommend a stay here to everyone.
A perfect family stay for budget family travelers with hygienic rooms and all the basic amenities one needs in day to day lives today. The staff is warm the food served is top notch quality. However if you have expectations of 4 star don't book this property. It is situated in vicinity of town and all the tourist points are nearby. In short prime location. There are some negative reviews when I was booking it but it can be overlooked since it's mostly posted by people with grudges who reserved the room without paying any amount and expectations them to hold the rooms till 6 in the evening. Do basically according to Indian standards people only post reviews when they have grudges not when they are satisfied which is quite evident. To conclude highly recommended. Plus also I can see other hotels have posted negative reviews which are against Eminence since it leads in services and amenities for the pricing offered.
