Pathetic Customer Service. (Fraud) Ordered items Vs. Quality Cheetah (Golden) - Received Faulty Silver Cheetah - Not Received Yet Flower Vase - Broken Artificial Flowers - Wrong Product delivered Intimated as soon as I received the material. However no resolution since last 2 months. They don’t even answer to calls / messages.

Great collection but worst customer service. At the time of purchase, owner gave me his number and told me to contact him anytime and they'll help in best manner they can. In a week, the lights in the fountain stopped working, in 2 weeks the humidifier not working properly. I sent a WhatsApp video to the owner with detailed description. He read all of my messages and no reply at all since that time. Will not go again at this place.
