This place is like a lodge. I might call it a little shady also basis my own experience and after talking to local people. The rooms look decent but the service is very poor. Hot water timing is 7 to 10 AM. Barely any eating facilities. Whatever there is, its at prices of a 3 or 4 star hotels. Please ask for proper bill from the desk as they charge unnecessary amounts to make fool of travellers. For in room facilities there is no AC or heater. In the name of toiletries only a soap is provided. The towels are small and dirty. Even the sheets and blankets are unwashed if you check them. All in all I'd like to want travellers to think hard before booking this place. I'd rather skip my plans to Mount Abu than come here as a persobal choice.

Quite a nice place to stay in Mt. ABU, but the only problem is that It is Situated little bit far from market place.

We booked deluxe room it was very small in size. No space for luggage. We paid Rs 2400 for one day but it's not worth it. Hot water only comes in the morning at 7 am. Rooms are ok but other amenities were disgusting especially balconies, lobby etc, Dont judge bye online pics. Bathroom was stinky and we complained about it but no step was taken. Photos on the internet looks good but in reality it is totally different. Guy on reception is not professional and use badword after paying all money. We were totally disappointed. This property does not worth more than Rs 900.

No friendly staff. They are not properly doing hotel management. No permanent receptionist. No Wi-Fi. No hot water. Not happy with room service. Phone booking is allowed. They also asked for full payment at the same day when you check in. They are not professional hotel management staff. Very very poor. Rooms were good but staff response is third class.

Hotel staff is very poor and indiscipline and they don't have courage to attend the customer. No hospitality provided. No hot water provided in the morning even in the cold weather. Food quality is also very poor and very costly. I will never recommend this hotel to any other person. Manager is also very indiscipline person bahadursingh

Worst ever experience. I would recommend never to visit this place. Pictures are attractive online but reality is so different. No amenities at all. Nothing gets available here . They just show they will.give this and that..but no hot water in morning even in cold weather. Worst staff. No manners to attend their customer client.
