Unorganized owner - made a reservation for high tea and spoke with her twice about it, but when we showed up she had no record or had forgotten. The was no option for any other tea - no spontaneous business so not really a restaurant or tea house. The shop itself smelled very musty so not sure we really missed out. Very disappointed.
