Ordered a take away wrap on a quiet Sunday morning at 11:30. Was told it would be 10 minutes. Seemed a touch long to make a wrap given there were as many staff as customers but ok. After waiting 20 minutes I had to chase them up. Would have thought an apology was appropriate but nup! 14 doesn’t get you much of a wrap either. Not a great experience.
Best big breakfast I've had. Back for dinner, menu looks great, and try the craft beers on offer. Highly recommended.
Very good meal and service. Having draught beer from their own brewery is a bonus.
They have special on certain days, check it out. Pizza was good.
We have meals at Sorrentos regularly. Never had an issue. Went 4 lunch today. Meal was divine as always. But disappointed with the rude staff member. Looked like she was in charge. Not a good Mentor 4 the other 2 girls behind the counter.
Great experience. Excellent informative service, food and drink. Really liked their local craft beer. Definitely returning.
