***Nov 13th Update #2: yay!!! After nearly 3 weeks of waiting and the issue being escalated yo reginal management - we got a call back!! Thank you for the call and listening to our feedback, much appreciated. As promiced, we will give enterprise another chance. Nov 13th update: Been waiting for a manager to call me since Oct 28th. Still nothing!!! Rather sad to be honest. Not only did the window have the longesg line up but there was only 1 agent helping customers. Booked a luxury vehicle cadillac cts or similar. Got a convertible sports car. Not the same, nor did i want to drive a sports car or convertible. When mentioned to the agwnt that ita not the same class, her reply was " it is to us. Thats whats u get". Now only was it uncomfortable (whole reason we booked luxury and not sports car) but it also made it impossible for us to visit one of the attractions we had tickets for due to convertible soft top vehicles being prohibited. Disappointing! Used to be my favourite car rental place.

Really disappointed with the service we received today. We ended up cancelling our reservation on the spot and renting from avis instead. The male employee at the desk needs an attitude adjustment. Just be nice and do your job properly!!! It's NOT hard.
Worst service at this location. Double charged me and took a month to get back. Gave me the run around had to talk to at least 4 people 3 or four times to get the money back. Though there prices where the cheapest service was the worst. I leave it to you to decide if it's worth dealing with them.
My insurance hooked me up with a car after we got into an accident. I was not the main policy holder, so it was difficult for me to pick up the car without my mom. Brittany, the enterprise representative worked with my insurance company to make it possible for me to rent a car easily and smoothly. She knew I was flying in to town at 5:30am and came in at 5am just to help with my situation. If that is not excellent customer service, I don't know what is. I never experienced this above and beyond service before She wasn't even getting overtime pay.
