I used this company before covid-19 their price was better than what the airport was offering. I did another booking and refered my friend, guess what when we got there, the place looked like an abandon area, we called the cs phone number we were asked to email for refund that they were closed due to covid. Now their phone number is not going through. Please dont book anything from their website, they will steal your money.

After looking at the reviews of this service it appeared to be very 2 sided; there were 5 star reviews and 1 stars reviews but nothing in between. The poor reviews were discouraging whereas the 5 star reviews proved otherwise. I decided to give this company a shot and I was genuinely impressed with Jen and her team. They showed great customer service, professionalism and made sure my experience was smooth. Overall this company displayed outstanding service and the one star reviews are now puzzling to me. Will definitely use their service again..Thanks!
The team at Valair made dropping off and picking up my car when heading to Hamilton super easy and convenient. The staff was friend and very helpful. Then even offered to have it detailed for me when I got back for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use their services again for anytime I travel out the Hamilton airport.
It’s a scam!! This company doesn’t exist. This place doesn’t exist. I booked online, drove to the address provided and it was abandoned. Weeds grown over, no signage. All the phone numbers I called were not in service. I emailed with no response. This company isn’t real.
