Been camping here since I was a baby, 30 yeara. Still a beautiful campground. Nice and close to the city. Wish the new owners would take the time to do some much needed renovations. The hot tub was always such a treat, with an amazing view. Tennis courts could use an update, wading pool as well. Sites are nice and spacious and it's a nice clean campground

This is by far my favorite place to camp! It's so close to the city so it's great to go there for just the weekend. There are lots of great hikes and walks nearby. In the campground there are plenty of walking trails through the trees and by the river. It's usually very quiet at nighttime during quiet hours. People are very respectful. We camped later in the season this year (beginning of October) so the water for campsites had been shut off but there was still power for the serviced sites. The campers center was very clean and had everything we needed. Showers were closed but bathrooms were still available. Most outhouses around the campsite were also closed. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would love to go back soon!
Absolutely beautiful place with nice trails that lead to the Kananaskis River. Nice campground with quite a bit of privacy - at least the one we are at. Already made notes of great sites we’d love to stay at in the future. We lucked out with amazing sunny days. Staff is amazing - friendly and always ready to help (especially the gal with the Australian accent - at least I think it was Australian :)...). Love this place and will be back for sure!!!!!!!!
Great Place. Just got better. The TV channels are fixed! Snow removal and site/road maintenance is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Checking in was easy. Registration desk attendant was extremely helpful. We stayed in a tent in January 2021 and the site was cleared of snow and the fire pit was clean. All other facilities were clean. Will be back for serviced camping.
