My son bought a vehicle from 2 Cheap Cars in Tauranga. Great service, with a friendly and understanding of what will be best for him. I'm recommending this company, to anyone needing a decent 2nd hand vehicle.

Really helpful and got the car the same day. Recommend over almost all other car dealers in the area.

I was looking to buy a car and saw one that fitted my requirements so I called in to take it for a test drive. Tony was abrupt and very rude when I noticed the car petrol tank was on empty, He told me "You have 5 petrol only, you only need 10 or 15 minutes to test drive a car" I said that to test drive a car you need to take it for a drive on different roads and gradients and that it would take longer than that to see if it was the right car for me I also said I didn't feel safe driving a car out into the country side with the petrol light on, Tony argued about it and begrudgingly went through the motions of putting a little more petrol in...I'm sceptical this happened as the light remained on. I should have got out of the car then and walked away but chose to still take it for a test drive and there was literally no orientation of the features of the car or the fact that it had a dual transmission..that made the first few minutes driving interesting..I got the gut feeling that if I had purchased this car ,if anything happened to go wrong that having it addressed would be a major issue.I am glad I didn't after reading these reviews. Please question why the accident status of these vehicles is written down as unknown (their buyers will be aware of this information) and what this will mean for the consumers guarantee act. Buyer beware

Excellent visit, ended up buying a car, Kevin and Rick were very helpful in choosing what we needed and took care of our needs. Would shop there again.

They sells cars with Snow tyres on them, make sure you check before you buy. not recommended. You'll find them with the commerce commission more then any other car dealer. Contacted them as they said below. What a joke that was. there answer - We apologise for not being able to come to a solution to make you smile. Our team has advised this was a mistake made by our newest colleague in our review team. - sounds like a cop-out to me.

The lady i dealt with was lovely!, sadly not even a week after taking my car home there amounts to copious problems a masisve one being the battery, which means the car didnt start, i contacted the lady and she sent through forms to send to head office, I NEVER HEARD BACK, NO HELP NOTHING, so now i am out of pocket, and out of a car and no one responds, no one contacts me so now looking at legal options as has now been 6 almost 7 weeks of the car sitting in my drive way un useable

I never imagined that I would find a store that does not respect the client like that. I've been trying to solve a problem for more than 6 months and the store doesn't answer me right. And when they try to solve it, they do everything wrong. If I go to talk here, all the inconvenience I'm having with this store will be lacking space. A store of incompetents and who do not respect customers.
