Wow! Such a service! I would definitely recommend these people. Friendly and professional. Tracy's customer service skills were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The fitting made by Mike was to a very high standard. The place was left clean and tidy and he went over and above to get the job completed. I would definitely use these people again. without hesitation.

In the past I have used different local companies to fix my windows but the customer service and workmanship were not impressive so I thought I would try Mike and Tracy at Exceed. Well, Mike and Tracy were excellent. Tracy was my first contact, friendly and more than helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The job was completed in no time at all. After getting a quote and the company telling me they could do the work it took a month of me chasing them with no reply until calling up a higher branch and them telling the tauranga franchisee to provide the quote. The Tauranga franchisee then sent me an email saying they were not going to provide a quote they did not want the work and in fact were unable to do the work. I would 100% steer anyone away from exceed Tga and instead tell them to call TGA GLASS who have been nothing but professional in dealing with the work my home has needed. Work was described as 90% draught stopping, inspect and if able to do the repairs fix 2 split wooden frames and bifold door which has dropped.
Alll contact with Tracy from first contact was friendly and professional. The door was installed correctly and looks great. I would use their company again.
Mike went the extra mile for us when there was a bit of a hiccup, he worked late into a Friday night and didn’t charge..... awesome service highly recommend
Carey fixed my sliding door within 3 hours of contacting them. The door is now like a new one! He even gave the front door a tweak on the way out. Highly recommended.
