We went in to look at roof racks but never saw anybody and nobody helped us. Must have been a busy morning? I have had better service in the past though.

Well, my very first time to explore a new car. What a fabulous introduction and experience. The sales professional was Jim Low. A delightful, very knowledgeable and pleasant chap. Nothing was a problem. Honest answers to our questions. He also had a sense humour when appropriate. Experience certainly counts, and Jim had plenty. You could not go past a more caring chap. Jim was superb. I would recommend him to anyne. Thanks Jim.
