Went to pick up a battery for my skidoo curbside which was great. Knocked on the door as they told me and no-one came. Knocked harder because I thought they may have been in the back. A guy came to the door and took a strip off me. I phoned to explain that I was just knocking harder because I didn't think they heard. The guy in the end was less than sympathetic and in the end hung up on me. He was the manager!

Overall an excellent experience. Lisa , my sales was number one. Very prompt on answering emails and had the answers I was looking for . Even when Lisa was busy with other customers another sales rep stepped in and assisted me with my atv.

I went in to look at some snow machines. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They greet you as soon as you walk through the door and make you feel at home. I have been there many times and bought an 850 tech Ski doo that day. I like that they approach the customer ,very professional and courteous. I recommend this establishment to outdoor enthusiasts.

I bought a toro snowblower from fun and fast it had a few problems but the guys in the parts department are great even gave me money saving tips. They are the place everyone should go i would give them 10 stars if i could
