I always went to Meineke for change over on my tires and regular oil changes. I made appointment Sept 25, 2020 as my brakes were making a noise and thought my pads would need replace. They got me in that day and called within a half hour to say my brake pads and rotors need to be replaced and it would be 440. I stated it was to much and to not continue with the service. I picked up my car and got the parts myself. My brother took off the tire and my pads and rotors were perfect!!! It must of been a rock stuck in it because when I left the Meineke on Sept 25, the noise was gone. Never again will that get my service after being dishonest and trying to take my money when nothing need replaced. I have attached the pictures.

Brought my car to have my tires changed for the winter. My invoice stated that the tire pressure was checked after placement. I noticed the low tire pressure light was on when I picked up my car and checked the pressure myself. All tires were between 20-24 PSI, which is well below the 32 PSI they should have been at. This is a serious hazard on the road. After this incident, I am questioning if the staff is really performing all items listed on the invoice. I previously had my oil changed there and was missing 1L of oil in my engine. I will not be returning there.
I wanted just an oil change. I was told I had to leave my car there for 24 hours. Come on it's only an oil change. I call someone else had my car done the same day. Not a happy customer.
Ok some other shops aren't so bad and some are simply awful but Terry's team is a 6-star crew. attention to detail is first rate. they hook it up EVERY TIME. if it needs to be done right the first time DON'T go anywhere else wasting time and money. the crew at THIS shop is the real deal
