I was very impressed with the clinic, friendliness of staff and little touches they did to make a \dentist experience\ was comfortable and enjoyable.Exceptional procedure for Covid-19. Clean, safe, and professional. I'm use to getting the \get-in-get-out\ experience and I appreciated how everyone at Mount Pleasant Dental Group took the time to explain everything to me in detail and they made sure all my questions were clearly answered. Attention to detail and quality of care is definitely above average.

Doctor Max is the best dentist ever in Vancouver! He is so funny and nice to us! I love Katie as well! she is so lovely and beautiful! When I first met with her, she gave me very big and warm hug with her sweet smile! I felt like I came to home! I love this place and people and I will definitely come back for the services and recommend to my friends and family!

I have a tooth that has been hurting for a long time and no dentist could give me a straight answer, one said I needed a crown and another said I needed root canal. I came to see Dr Max and he told me the reason I have pain is because my bite is off. We adjusted my bite and I have not had any pain since. Very happy I found them. They direct bill to my insurance and don't overcharge. I am a student and was eligible for a student network discount. The girls at the front are really helpful and they made sure to check my coverage to make sure I don't have a surprise bill. My entire family now goes to see Dr Max.

I was a client for maybe two visits in which I was made to cry during local anesthesia and basically told that my tooth was broken and that I'd need an implant even though it was not, I needed a bite adjustmet for my teeth grinding. Unfriendly doctor and super pushy with the up-sell. Will never, ever go back.

Terrible dentist do not go here. Does not seem focused on his patients or patients needs, very profit oriented. I needed my dental appliance (wire glued to the back of my teeth) reattached after having it put on 14 years prior. I went here and Dr. Maxim Bondarenko reattached my wire and filled in a chipped tooth. He raved about how he was the best and how the last dentist did not do a good job. Two months after the wire fell off again due to poor work. I have tried to make appointments to reattach but they always tell me they are full. I cannot book an appointment 1 month in advance because my work takes me away from Vancouver for extended period of time for unpredictable lengths. It has been 5 months of trying to make an appointment. I'm in my late 20s and have never had a cavity. I have always had deep grooves in my teeth and never a problem with them. My prior dentists have always complimented my ability to watch and keep them clean. The first time Maxim saw me he told me I needed to fill them to prevent cavities. He is always looking for ways to charge more.
