I have ordered from this restaurant several times over the past few months. I find the food to be good, but.... its always late, something might be missing and if it is they will take another 40 minutes to get the missing items to you. I ordered again tonight, but after waiting 2 hours I had to phone them but there was no answer. Finally had a phone call back to be told my order has been cancelled. I wont be ordering from here again

Awful experience. Ordered a vegetarian dish, it came (30 minutes late) with chicken which I accidentally bit into. I called the restaurant immediately and was told the correct food would be sent in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I called again and was told that the food hadn't even been prepared yet. Never ordering from here again.

Always have had good food from Zara and in comparison to other take aways, especially Indians, the food is always quickly and hot. Also, unlike many other Indian restaurants, the food is never swimming in ghee/oil. Decent prices for good food, I recommend.

We ordered food from here tonight, my overall experience was good. The service of the gentleman on the phone whom took my order, seemed to struggle to understand what I was saying, but, that's not such a big issue to overcome. The food arrived when they said it would and also gave me a call before leaving The gentleman taking my order told me it would be 28 including delivery, but when it arrived I found out it was an extra 4 for delivery. Thats not to bad considering the distance they came to bring it to me. The overall quality of the food is very good the flavour is fantastic on all I had. The delivery driver was very friendly. I will definitely be ordering here again and will have to give there chappel a go as it sounds really good. Thanks again for a very good meal.
