My wife and I have been using CSI or over 20 years and never had any issue. They are all extremely professional and friendly. They understand our personal finances and do everything they can to get us the biggest possible refund. Over the years we have used other tax professionals and done them ourselves but know one has ever worked harder or done more for us then the people at CDI. I highly recommend them !!

Horrible customer service! I called to engage their services and they would not offer any information on the phone as to whether they could be of assistance or not. They kept insisting that I need to pay for an in person consultation, but would not tell me if they could even assist. The receptionist was rude in addition to the man I spoke with. Find another firm in the area.

Typically we do our own taxes on TurboTax but this year we decided to enlist the help of the “professionals”, after hearing multiple advertisements on the radio we decided to go with a local company over one of the big guys thinking we would get more of a personal experience....and boy were we wrong. We made an apt and still were left waiting for almost an hour, then when we finally got in the accountant was nice enough but barely asked us any questions about us or our year so we left feeling as if there had to be a follow up meeting to really dig deeper into our finances.....nope all we got was a request for payment then they’d release the return no additional info. I requested a follow up apt so we could talk more about the expenses and possible write offs we had in 2017 but was rude informed by the receptionist that the standard write off is what it is and there’s nothing more to uncover. So basically i paid my 350 fee took our return and decided that we would go and file on our own as we have in the past. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY EVER.
