Mountain Man Pools has been servicing our pool for almost a year now and they come with the highest recommendation! From the first email sent, I have experienced exceptional customer service with Darold and Sam — which can be hard to come by in Eugene. I promptly received a response after an initial inquiry, we were on their schedule in no time, and in the months following, Darold and Sam always communicate regularly. We always get a call before Darold comes to service the pool and he always updates us on what was done and how the pool is looking. I trust Darold’s work (regular cleaning installation of a new pool filter). Pricing is honest and competitive. Needless to say we are super pleased with Mountain Man Pools and they have earned our business for all future pool & spa repair needs! Thank you!
