Absolute professionals!! I could not be happier with my experience using Mountain Peak. This business is small, locally owned, and locally respected. Andrea quickly assessed exactly what I was looking for & was an absolute champion for me. This market is so fast-paced, you need someone like her on your side. Plus! The online tool she uses sent updates as soon as a house in my price range & selected area became available. I really loved that feature because it enabled me to be proactive in the home search. Anyway, I’m giving Mountain Peak 5 stars but only because I can’t give them 10. They certainly deserve it. Good luck w your home listing or buying!

I recently purchased a home in the area and worked with Russ Winther and truly cannot say enough good about him and the way in which he and his company does business! I was on a somewhat limited single income and was looking for a very specific type of home and Russ bent over backwards to be available for me to go view houses or contact sellers or really anything I needed surrounding my home buying process! Not typically said in relation to the home buying process but Russ and his team made it the least stressful part of my life! Even after closing I had some questions regarding my home and Russ responded immediately to me. I have never worked with a realtor more helpful, communicative, low pressure and understanding than Russ and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home in the area!
