The experience is reasonable but the costumer service is poor. The reception staff are regularly impatient and aren’t super helpful which doesn’t make for the best initial impression. I’ve been visiting Mountain Peaks for 16 years and this is a perpetual concern. It’s pretty run of the mill for doctors offices to not have the most accommodating staff so I try not to take it personally. I would hope that it would be a one off situation, but after repeated issues over the years, I wonder if it’s time to start visiting a friendlier practice.

I have been seeing Lisa Hall NP for years now. I love this office and everyone who I've worked with! I'm moving and so very sad I have to leave them, they are probably glad since I'm a medical pain in the butt . Lisa is amazing and listens to all my concerns and is so patient with my many issues. I'll be hard pressed to find a new pcp that's anywhere close to her! Thanks for everything!

I love this office. They are so professional. I see Lisa Hall, NP and she is doing what she was meant to do. She is so knowledgeable. She is a great listener. She likes to make a plan, set goals, ALL with you, to make sure that long term improvement in health is achieved. She has great compassion. As far as the front office is concerned, I've never had a problem with billing or long wait times in the waiting room. They run a tight ship yet with kindness and concern. I just love going here for my healthcare.

I love Mountain Peaks Family Practice. Lisa Hall, NP, came into the office to remove my stitches on her day off since it needed to be done and that was the day I could come. She went above and beyond helpful and skillfully sewed my cut, which was a hard one. My doctor, Dr. Durrans, has also been great.
