Great gym. Spacious, clean and great coaching. Very friendly athletes that made me (a drop in from out of town) feel very welcome immediately. Pushed a 25# PR on my bench press too!
Being invited to this gym over a year ago changed my life for the better! Every single person is so welcoming and so encouraging. The coaches know their stuff and will do everything they can in their power to push you to your full potential no matter what level you are on. So grateful to be apart of such a caring, and genuine gym family and CrossFit community!

Welcoming, great equipment, smart programming, clean!!! I've enjoyed working out at Crossfit MRF whenever I'm in town for work. The owners (The Wyatt's), coaches and fellow crossfitters always welcome me with open arms!
