Tim and the team at Mountain Town Homes are very professional. I am happy with the new construction home in Williams, AZ. It is almost complete --- ahead of schedule and within budget. One plus construction with very nice upgrades. Tim has a passion for building homes and it shows through his work ethics and ability to manage a project from start to finish. He has control of the general contractor, subcontractors, and those on his payroll This business style keeps the project on schedule without losing quality control. Tim is not a nice guy...he only cares about money and does NOT pay his employees his house are some of he worst if seen framing and siding are horrible!
