I have worked for here for several years and been treated very well. Patients are seen as people and cared for as individuals. It's been a few years but I had previously worked at a larger corporately owned facility near by, in comparison it has been very nice to work at a smaller more home like facility where management is involved in patient care.

Worst facility i have ever seen. The front office staff were nice at first but one my mother was in there it was like she was held hostage. They went behind the families back and took payee over my moms social security checks after we signed paperwork denying them that. Reese is very rude and unprofessional and would never answer phone calls. Refused to sign paper work to get my mom on the new choice waiver program of an apparent outstanding balance and also lied to the the company representing my mom and told them we decided to leave her there. I feel sorry for any family that has to deal with this kind of unprofessional behavior. I also feel sorry for the residents the care my mom receives is a joke as is the care of the other residents. The facility is gross and needs and extreme update and cleaning. For any families looking at this facility steer clear. STAY AWAY

My mother was a resident here she was treated poorly and over medicated. She was ignored and sat in her urine for hours. They would medicate her and forget about her in her bed.. They held her social security money after I moved her out. The director and management and front office staff are horrible people. And should find a different line of work.. They never return your calls and they lie I've left 6 message over the last year and never received a call back.. It's regarding the social security they have held and will not return to my mom. Horrible horrible horrible nursing home it's dirty and it ran down it stinks and the staff is horrible people.

The place stunk like urine. Every time I went to visit my dad he was filthy. He was drugged so much even a sturnum rub wouldn’t arouse him. I went in one time he was filthy. Half on and half off his bed and his pants down around his knees. I asked for help getting him back on his bed, 10 minutes later I was loudly complaining that no one would help. This place has rude unhelpful employees who told me that if I didn’t sign the paperwork to move my dad from the lockdown Alzheimer’s side to the nursing home side they would have him sign it. Shortly after my brother the POA passed away I moved my dad from this facility. They gave me nothing but grief and a run around on getting his mess to his new location. At the new location my dad was alert clean and happy. DO NOT put your loved ones in the facility. It’s horrible

This place is not good for working here at first they treat you nice but when I was working here Reece is the meanest person ever Mean staff and i don't recommend you to work here End of Conversation just don't apply here THANK YOU I have seen how they treat the residents that's why I left this job and they also pay minimum wage really
