I absolutely love this office and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. From start to finish, I was handled with care. I was a little nervous because I had been having vision issues for the first time in my life. I ended up needing glasses, which I also LOVE. I highly recommend this place! Love this place and everyone there! Also, Dr. Sallecchia is AMAZING!

Very unprofessional staff. They are immature and inconsiderate. They care only about their policies, and not about their patients. I went here because they have a doctor who treats children with special needs, so you think they would be more understanding of children with disabilities, but they are not. Such a disappointment! Keep looking if you want an office that has compassion for kids with disabilities, because this is NOT the place! Holly Thompson’s rude and unprofessional behavior is losing patients for the doctors at this office.

OH MY GOD! Took 7 visits to get one pair of replacement lenses. Everyone seemed like every day is their first day at work. Finally took my replacement lenses in a replacement set of frames home and the frames are still crooked as hell on my face. This is after the last adjustment. Needless to say, won't be returning. Was not cheap, either.

I have been coming here for years but I was late to my appointment by 1 min, not exaggerating. Left work early and had to go back to my car for my mask and by the time I got back to the front desk and was redirected to get my temperature taken, I was one min late and they refused to see me. I understand this was my fault but I would rather not work with anyone's front desk who can't be one min flexible. I have no problem switching doctors
