Rude and extremely unprofessional. If I could I would have left 0 stars! I booked a window cleaning service, I explained to the owner that this job needs to be done ASAP. I sent pictures of the rooms and I explained that the ceilings are high, I have emphasised that all windows, mirrors and glass must be cleaned and it need to be detailed. The owner said that this job isn’t big and they can get it done. I then booked the appointment, I was very happy that he could fit me in to his schedule. Today his partner arrived to do the job and he said it can’t be done because it’s a big job and he needs two people. I was shocked as I explained over the phone exactly what needed to be done AND I sent pictures!! On top of all that the owner called me accusing me for explaining myself wrong, he then screamed and abused me over the the phone. I had to hang up on him! This guy obviously have no skills in providing costumer service or any service! Never again!!!

Ben has been cleaning our windows for a number of years now. He is always reliable, does a great job & is very friendly to go with it. We have multi pane windows (lots of them) which are a real 'drag' to clean. As well as ground level there is upstairs too. it is wonderful to have beautiful sparkling clean windows when he has finished.
