Checked in at 8am for 10:30am appointment. Even though there are no trucks in doors, the lady told me I will have to wait until my appointment time. Out at 11am.
If you come for a delivery or a pick up, you will be waiting over 4 hours. The staff here picks and chooses who gets loaded fastest, and they don’t follow appointment times I’ve been here for 5hrs now in a door waiting. I would give -5 stars if I could.
Nice place for work l like to much
I got here at 6:00 pm to be loaded it is now 4:30 am the next day with no indication of even me being here at this location now I have to wait longer because the person to check me in isn’t here Update: 8:36 am still here but at a door but someone got loaded before I did since I was here first
Not bad loading in 2 hours
Very poor, been there 2 times, both times product is not ready, waiting for hours, shipping office staff is very very rude!!!
Things to know: Go slow once you get close do to Company having a small S/R location sign out front of Facility. Have DL, P/U, destination and Trl# before going to check in, You must sanitize your hands as you enter the facility. Fri My Experience: Absolutely Excellent!!! Friendly Staff!! In at 11am. Done and rolling by 1145am!!! This is the model for all companies.
