The staff here is amazing, very friendly and helpful and make you feel comfortable from the admin staff to the interns as well as the owner I have been very pleased and have had no issues opening up where as I had struggled when previously trying to find a counselor in the past, they basically had to try to drag a conversation out of me and I have met with both Kaylee and Toi here and had no issues with either of them and actually look forward to my sessions. I will add I had some issues trying to schedule initially as it took a bit to hear back from anyone but since then scheduling has been a breeze with both the online system as well as their staff and they have even gone above and beyond by also reaching out about their grief group sessions. They have truly been a pleasure to work with and I feel significantly better after each session
